I have 42 years experience as an appraiser. I hold the SRA designation from the                           and was the Utah Chapter President for 2017. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Utah. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Utah. I have held various positions on the AI chapter board and continuing education committee. I have previously served on the boards for Utah Appraisal Association and United Appraisers of Utah. I also hold a Utah Real Estate License. I worked as a staff appraiser for Washington Mutual for six years as a Senior Review Appraiser.  I have appraised all types of one to four family residential properties, including high value, complex and unique properties. I love mountain biking and the outdoors and try to get out as often as I can.
